🔄 Return & Refund Policy

At Kalaikraft, we want you to be happy with every purchase. However, due to the nature of our products (especially personalized items), our return and refund policy is as follows.
📌 Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted only in the following cases:
- The product is damaged during delivery
- You received the wrong product
- The product is defective or has a major quality issue
Note: Personalized or custom-made products can only be returned if they are damaged, defective, or incorrect.
⏰ Return Window
You must raise a return request within 48 hours of receiving your order.
📝 How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please:
- Email us at support@kalaikraft.com
- Include your Order ID
- Attach clear photos/videos of the product and packaging
- Describe the issue briefly
Our team will review your request and respond within 24–48 hours.
💳 Refunds
Once your return is approved and (if required) the product is received back:
- Refunds will be processed to your original method of payment
- Processing time may take 5–7 business days after approval
🔁 Replacements / Exchanges
Where possible, we may offer a replacement product instead of a refund, especially for damaged or defective items.
Once the defective or damaged product is verified by our team, we will re-deliver, exchange, or replace the product within 7–14 days.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
- Personalized or custom-made products (unless damaged/incorrect)
- Items purchased during clearance or special sale events (non-returnable unless damaged)
- Products with signs of use, damage, or modification not reported within the 48-hour window
📹 Proof of Issue
We strongly recommend recording an unboxing video as proof in case of damage. This helps us process your request quickly and fairly.
